As a Senior Design Professional , you'll play a pivotal role in assisting the project team through all phases of project delivery, contributing your growing knowledge of architectural principles, building systems, and building codes.
Key Responsibilities that Ignite Passion
- Dive into drafting assignments with precision and efficiency, utilizing your expanding expertise in architectural principles and building codes.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to firm standards in all assignments, from preparing and modifying architectural documents to assembling drawings for client/project team review.
- Collaborate closely with the project team, proactively communicating work status, asking questions, and supporting team success in meeting deadlines and budget targets.
- Foster a commitment to internal client service by following through on commitments, facilitating project communications, and taking personal responsibility for your work and that of your peers.
Technical Skill Development
- Continuously advance your technical skills and knowledge of architectural principles, building systems, and building codes, strengthening your proficiency in REVIT and BIM.
Requirements to Excel
- Bring 4-5 years of experience in a professional design firm or similar environment, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction, or a related field.
- Currently registered through NCARB, recording AXP hours, and pursuing California Architect license.
- Demonstrate proficiency in REVIT and BIM, with knowledge of 3D modeling software preferred.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, follow directions, and meet assigned deadlines with ease.
- Embrace feedback with humility, translating it into action to continuously improve and excel in your role.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected annual salary for this role is $32-37 per hour (approx.. $66,560-76,960 per year; must be willing to work in-office 50% of each week). Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
