Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Aircraft Appearance Standards Manager. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance for our aircraft fleet. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Aircraft Cleaning:**
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning crew to ensure all aircraft interiors and exteriors meet established cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to accommodate flight operations and turnaround times.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.

2. **Galley Management:**
- Ensure aircraft galleys are stocked with a variety of food, snacks, and drinks according to established guidelines.
- Coordinate with catering services to maintain adequate and fresh supplies.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and wastage.

3. **Maintenance Coordination:**
- Act as a liaison between the Appearance Standards team and the Maintenance department.
- Notify Maintenance of any cosmetic or operational issues discovered during cleanings.

4. **Cosmetic Condition Tracking:**
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for the cosmetic condition of each aircraft.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify and document any wear, tear, or damage.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations for addressing cosmetic issues to enhance overall aircraft appearance.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in Auto or Marine cleaning and detailing or related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
