Executive Chef- Upscale- Salary up to $80,000

Charlotte, NC

Our upscale restaurant group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for our Charlotte location. We are looking for a creative and innovative Executive Chef who will lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional cuisine to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and be able to create exciting, seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a busy kitchen and meet high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop new menu items that showcase the flavors of the region.
• Manage and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff.
• Maintain operational standards for cleanliness, safety, and consistency.
• Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• A passion for food, creativity, and innovation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to manage a team and meet high standards of quality and service.
