WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Lennox Industries is a manufacturer and distributor of equipment within the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. We are guided by our core values of Integrity, Respect, and Excellence. We have an immediate opening for an Event Planner II. The Event Planner works to execute  professional, impactful, value-driven experiences   that create lifetime memories at all Lennox programs. The Events and Incentives team drives loyalty with events that motivate, inspire and leave customers yearning to return the next year. They deliver destinations that provide a unique travel experience. The team partners with strategic suppliers with a track record of delivering flawless travel and or meetings product.

The Event Planner will work effectively with Business Unit Leadership, Marketing, and Sales to execute numerous customer and employee events and incentive trips throughout the year. This includes the North American Sales meeting , three large customer conferences (Lennox LIVE), three high end incentive trips (Dave Lennox Awards, Circle of Excellence, and Master Council), several Large customer incentive trips and several other smaller internal employee meetings.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $56,800 - $74,550 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

1-3 years experience preferred.

Requires travel, up to 30%.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Proven ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously.

Strong orientation to detail and accuracy; the ability to multitask and prioritize activities.
