Salary $45,000 - $55,000

Now interviewing for a Restaurant/Kitchen Manager who is passionate about the hospitality industry and wishes to advance their career. As part of our team, you will bring your keen oversight skills to ensure our establishment maintains the highest hospitality standards. 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Overseeing and directing staff, from servers to kitchen personnel.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining an optimal level of service and quality.
• Implementing and enforcing food safety standards and procedures.
• Training the team for consistent cooking methods, quality standards, and meal presentations.
• Conducting regular quality control, inspecting prepared meals and ensuring adherence to set standards.
• Managing cash flow, controlling and analyzing the costs in relevance to budget.
• Keeping a keen eye on finances and budgeting, managing inventory, and supplier contracts.
• Regularly checking restaurant apparatus, from kitchen appliances to seating areas, ensuring they are clean and functional.
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, the community, and the guests.
• Adapting to challenges, finding solutions to problems, and being able to multi-task effectively.
• Collaborating with the head chef to plan menus according to season and customer preference.
