Job description

The position is responsible for providing the daily resource support to the Hospital related to equipment, sterile and non-sterile supplies. The CPD Technician works in conjunction with SPD in storing, and distributing equipment and supplies.


Minimum Education:High School Graduate or equivalentMinimum Experience/Knowledge:Prefer one-year experience in a CPD environment. Experience in Acute Care hospital preferred.Thorough knowledge of handling of medical equipment and supplies per recommended infection control guidelines. Able to mobilize equipment timely to areas needing equipment. Assists with performing stock inventories and restocking of supplies. Must be extremely organized. Demonstrate excellent customer service behavior. Ability to speak, read, and writes English.
