Job description

Green Oaks of Valparaiso is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our team!
Starting pay: $19/hour

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care asdetermined by each resident's care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of DailyLiving (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinicalteam
• Connect with residents and family members in acompassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and developmentopportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars,staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regardingconfidentiality and privacy of team members and resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accreditedCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
