Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with Thai social selling company to hire a studio manager for live social selling.
This is a six-month, onsite contract in Culver City. The pay is $25-$30/hr. You will work part-time 20-25hrs/week with a flexible schedule Tues-Sun.
As a TikTok Live Room Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing live streaming sessions on the TikTok platform. Your primary goal will be to create engaging and interactive experiences for viewers within live rooms, ensuring a positive and entertaining environment. You will work closely with content creators, moderators, and technical teams to coordinate live broadcasts, troubleshoot issues, and optimize viewer engagement.
Responsibilities
Live Room Coordination:
· Schedule and organize live streaming sessions on TikTok.
· Collaborate with content creators to plan live content and themes.
· Ensure smooth transitions between different segments during live broadcasts.
· Monitor and moderate live chat interactions to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Audience Engagement:
· Implement strategies to increase viewer engagement and participation.
· Encourage interaction through polls, Q&A sessions, and challenges.
· Respond to viewer comments and questions in real-time.
· Foster a sense of community among viewers and creators.
Technical Support:
· Troubleshoot technical issues related to live streaming.
· Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve any streaming or platform-related problems promptly.
· Ensure equipment and software are functioning properly for content creators.
Performance Analysis:
· Track key performance metrics during live broadcasts, such as viewership, engagement rates, and retention.
· Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
· Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future live streaming initiatives.
Content Curation:
· Curate and recommend content to feature in live rooms.
· Stay informed about trending topics and challenges on TikTok.
· Collaborate with creators to develop compelling and relevant content for live broadcasts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience managing live streaming events on social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's features, trends, and community dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with live streaming equipment and software.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
