Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Location: Remote in Minnesota
Job Salary: Depends on Experience (base + commission)
Requirements: Sales Experience, Manufacturing is preferred

The Sales Manager position will be a key contributor to our business growth by driving revenue through proactively targeting and building strategic relationships with existing and new customers in industries such as food, retail and medical.

What You Will Be Doing

- Build rapport with new stakeholders and develop long-term relationships.
- Providing presentations in person or via web meetings.
- Leverage the list of accounts and probable buyers, hunting for new logos, and new inbound prospects from calls, website traffic and trade shows.
- Utilize multiple communication avenues (phone, email, LinkedIn, webinars etc.) to build awareness and connect with potential prospects.
- Generate interest with key stakeholders to procure discovery conversations or meetings at multiple levels throughout the organization.
- Understand the companys value proposition and competitive advantages to effectively differentiate and sell the value of the solution in a competitive market.
- Participate in account management activities as needed.
- Price validation on customers daily purchase orders.
- Analyze, prepare, and provide customer price quotes.
- New and existing customer material specifications.
- Customer improvement surveys and communication.
- Provide direct management of staffing in the sales department.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Reach out to customers for additional opportunities as directed in the sales process.
- Manage and process a qualified pipeline of opportunities by prioritizing assigned accounts and prospects.

What You Need for this Position

-At least 5 years of sales experience
-Demonstrated success hunting for new business - meeting sales goals, growing sales.
-Knowledge of ERP systems, and understanding how ERP solutions are applied in various industries a plus.
-Experience tracking and managing information.
-PC proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) required.
