You are the dynamic, passionate Licensed Professional Therapist we are looking for. Your expertise and professionalism is what our patients need at our Children's/Connxxions program in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You are integral in providing professional counseling as a Therapist to help individuals, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment problems, and other life challenges. We Value Your TherapistExperience and Education:

• Master's degree in Indiana license eligible field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC required
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, driving record meeting company policy, and proof of insurance required.
