- Work to resolve help desk and IT related issues
- Resolve help desk tickets including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Perform user administration duties.
- Set up and maintain conference rooms for large corporate gatherings
- Resolving technical queries & issues

- Tier 2 level support for end users
