Job description
Client Services Associate Position Overview: The Client Services Associate will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service to clients. This individual will be required to provide a wide variety of services, including investment advice, asset management, account maintenance, and resolution of client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their inquiries and requests are handled professionally and promptly
- Aid clients in understanding the principles of investments, asset management, and wealth management
- Manage client assets, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other financial products
- Maintain client accounts, ensuring financial records are kept organized and up-to-date
- Provide recommendations and advice on investments and wealth management strategies
- Assist clients in making informed decisions and drafting financial plans
- Research and analyze financial markets and products to ensure clients are up-to-date on the latest trends
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations related to financial investments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of investments, asset management, and wealth management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of the financial markets and current trends
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to have Series 65, Series 66, Banking, High Net Worth, RIA, and/or Advisor certifications
