Palm Beach Gardens, FL | $34-$60/hr
We are seeking experienced indirect procurement managers (preferably within IT, Digital, and Telecommunications verticals) for a global and innovative manufacturing client of ours.

Description: Supporting the HVAC and Refrigeration areas. Manage and leverage strategic partnerships of the supply base to meet the company's procurement requirements in terms of quality, delivery and cost.
- Carries out Procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, negotiation preparations, and cost analysis.
- Compiles price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices.
- Prepares request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages to take on new accounts.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness.
- Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and improve sourcing strategy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years experience (can vary based on experience)
- Indirect Procurement experience within digital or professional scope
- Strong negotiating skills
- Proof going from start to finish on projects (end to end sourcing)
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Cost reduction project leadership experience in a related environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural suppliers on technical and logistics issues
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and superior follow-up and follow-through skills
- Team player and influencing skills required to establish and sustain a lean culture
- Strong negotiation skills
