Please note I have direct access to the Hiring Director on this position. Compensation: Based + 20% Bonus
We are the company primarily responsible for a secure, stable and unified internet and are looking for a Sr. Product Manager. The Sr. Product Manager will:
- Define the vision, goals, and business strategy and trajectory of the product and have overall responsibility for the success of the product
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research and analysis, planning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
- Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases and technical requirements
- Analyze market data to develop strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communication
- Perform market analysis and assessments, create business cases/use cases, define specifications for product features and functionality, create product plans and schedules, coordinate beta and pilot testing and participate in product performance and benchmarking
- Collaborate closely with internal and external engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product across the domain and industry.
Requirements:
- Must have recent 12+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in Agile environments
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- BS and/or MS in CS, IS or related field
