Job description
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Head of School and the Director of Enrollment & Programs. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting current parents and teachers with their day-to-day needs, receiving visitors and coordinating on-site events, and managing the front door and phones, as well as student information and school-wide communication. The Administrative Assistant is guided by the mission, core values and pedagogical guide of the school and also must consistently exercise discretion and good judgment in the performance of responsibilities.
