Job Summary :

The Human Trafficking Prevention Manager oversees grants that support the DART Coalition and the Institute for Prevention and Recovery, IFPR, mission with a focus on human trafficking and is responsible for the direct supervision of Community Prevention Specialists as assigned by the Senior Prevention Manager. The Human Trafficking Prevention Manager will also provide program management support for the RWJBarnabas Health's SOAR to Health and Wellness program, which aims to increase the capacity of the healthcare system to effectively address human trafficking in hospital settings.

These combined efforts will increase the capacity of RWJBarnabas Health and Ocean County law enforcement, school personnel, and business owners to identify and spread awareness of human trafficking through human trafficking prevention training curricula, create a marketing and education campaign to increase community awareness of human trafficking and identify resources for adults and youth, and create a sustainable human trafficking prevention program for RWJBarnabas Health and the Ocean County community.

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field required
• Three to five years related experience and/or training in coordinating a community-based coalition
• Experience with community-level public health education

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Must possess or obtain within 2 months of employment the READY to Stand Facilitator Certification
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, bilingual a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development/training, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
