Job description
Duties: Track shipments on carrier websites and update systems with status Email UMG Customer Service regarding shipments requiring additional information (valid address, contact info) Process freight claims and follow up with carriers on claim status Prepare and publish reports Communicate with warehouse on invalid Tracking Numbers Communicate with warehouse on open orders Respond to internal customers with order updates
Skills: Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Data entry experience High Level of attention to detail Prioritizes work activities; plans and stays organized Comfortable communicating with internal customers and vendors by email and phone Education: Some college courses Required Skills: CLAIMS,EXCEL,MICROSOFT OFFICE,DATA ENTRY,MICROSOFT OUTLOOK,Job tags
