Woodfords Family Services has an exciting career opportunity for a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA ) to join and help grow our School-based AND Community Programs in Augusta, ME!

This is a full-time (40 hrs. ), generously salaried position, that includes a robust benefits package with multiple health plan options and 4 weeks of paid time off!

BCBA services will be rendered in and around Augusta, ME with a large concentration in the school districts of Turner, Greene, and Leeds.

Position Summary

The BCBA serves an integral part of the treatment team and provides behavioral and clinical consultative services to children and teenagers with intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities in home, community, and educational settings.

Conducting functional assessments, developing positive behavior support plans, and training of ABA interventions & strategies is imperative to the role and responsibilities of the BCBA.

No commercial billing requirements which means more time investing in quality service delivery & intervention!

Compensation & Schedule

Full-time (40 hrs.); Monday through Friday; Flexible Hours!

$75,000 - $80,000 annual salary - commensurate with background & experience .

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus - $2,000 after 60-day introductory period, $3,000 after 6 months, and $5,000 upon one year anniversary!

Opportunities toward required CEUs and training is paid & provided on us!
