Job Title: Human Resources Manager Location: Pomona, CA Salary: $100,000-$120,000 Requirements: Workers Compensation, Wearing Multiple Hats, Benefits, Employee Relations The Human Resources Manager will be trusted to oversee disciplines including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and HR Process administration. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can partner confidently with multiple executives on change management and employee engagement. What You Will Be Doing - Talent Acquisition Full cycle recruitment - Oversee recruiting, interviewing and hiring of new staff - Onboard/Offboard -New Hire Orientation/Termination - Human resources Management - Benefits Administration - Facilitates Annual Performance Review - Performance Management processes - Communication processes - Manage Workers Comp Claims - Employment Laws - Employee Relations - Employee Training What You Need for this Position - Bachelors Degree or equivalent - 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles - Experience with employee relations, performance management, team efficiency, and employee engagement strategies - Demonstrated expertise in California employment laws, procedures and policies and willingness to learn about compliance in other states - Demonstrated track record of leading and delivering high-quality HR systems and processes across all disciplines to all levels of employees (e.g., talent acquisition, talent management and development, compensation, benefits, compliance) - Talent magnet with a history of acquiring and developing top talent - Proven ability to build strong relationships, credibility and trust with employees and management - Demonstrated ability to thrive through ambiguity - Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel) and not scared of learning new software systems So, if you are a Human Resources Manager with experience, please apply today!
