Pharmaron is looking an Associate Scientist to join their team in Boston. If you're a recent college graduate with minimal experience, please reach out, this could be the role for you!

Pharmaron Lab Services LLC is seeking a candidate to join the Bioanalytical team. The functions of the Associate Scientist position will include bioanalytical/analytical LC-MS sample analysis, LC-MS study execution under the supervision of a senior bioanalytical scientist with critical thinking. This is an onsite position and reports to the Scientist II.

In addition:

• Executing studies that meet sponsors' needs or internal needs in a scientifically sound manner.
• Following and drafting SOPs that govern the utilization of mass spectrometers for sample analysis.
• Executing LC-MS studies that follow developmental and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare samples for analysis.
• Conduct studies according to appropriate study protocols/plans.
• Maintain documentation for all areas of study.
• Process results and generate reports.
• Conduct routine maintenance of the instruments and laboratory.
• Maintain current knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures
• Follow scientific developments in the area of expertise.
• Perform all other related duties as

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences or a related analytical field
• Some (up to half a year) experience is preferred.
• Position requires strong professional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to adapt in a dynamic team environment are keys for success. .
