What We Do:

We've developed a groundbreaking SaaS platform called CONTXT, leveraging AI to provide supply chain leaders with unparalleled resiliency and automation. Our platform, fueled by ATHENA LLM, streamlines lane mapping, temperature management workflows, and reduces product loss for Life Science shippers and service providers. At our core, we contextualize active and passive visibility data to predict and quantify supply chain risks.

Position: Growth Analyst

As a Growth Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind our Growth team, collaborating with Marketing to generate top-of-funnel demand, nurturing prospects, and securing valuable customer partnerships. Your role will blend the skills of a Business Development Representative (BDR) and an Account Executive (AE) to convert potential customers into delighted partners.

Responsibilities:

Dive into market and customer research to qualify prospects.
Develop and track key metrics for review with senior management.
Craft engaging presentations, tailoring our platform's capabilities to specific use cases.
Analyze trends from CONTXT platform data, providing insights to the Head of Growth.
Collaborate across teams to drive Sales & Marketing strategies based on your findings.
Clearly articulate research, analysis, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years' experience as a BDR or AE in B2B SaaS or technology-focused companies.
Proven experience with large enterprise deals ($250K - $1M+ ARR).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Hubspot.
Basic understanding of statistics and statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
