Job description
Summary
Summer Program Leader works with children ages 5 to 7 creating a wonderful fun filled summer program.
Duties Summer Program Leader:
- Creates fun creative lesson plans based on thematic units.
- Hosts special guest teachers.
- Keeps all of the children safe and learning.
- Creates a fun and safe outdoor classroom (weather permitting)
- Works 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday
Requirements Summer Program Leader's Requirements are;
A minimum of a high school diploma.
Experience working with children.
Be in good health.
Has reliable transportation.
Classroom Management
Be Organized and Creative.
Nice To Haves It is nice for a Summer Program Leader to have:
- A degree in early childhood education.
- Experience creating children's programs.
- Classroom arrangement
- Musicality
- Experience in Art and Literature
