Job description

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for innovation? We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive our go-to-market strategy. In this hybrid/remote role, you will be instrumental in translating vision into actionable strategies, building and leading a high-performing sales and go-to-market team, and collaborating across functions to ensure rapid revenue growth and market establishment.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Drive the go-to-market strategy by setting clear goals, priorities, and tactics.
Team Building: Attract, recruit, and retain top talent to build a motivated and high-performing sales organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional leaders to implement operational business strategies that foster growth.
Market Insight: Provide strategic guidance on market trends, customer attitudes, and sales strategy effectiveness.
Leadership & Oversight: Mentor, coach, and develop the sales team, ensuring goal attainment and effective communication.
Market Winning: Drive revenue growth and new logo acquisition to establish a strong market presence.
Product Promotion: Support customer success and partnerships by promoting our product effectively.
Strategic Decision-Making: Participate in formulating key strategic decisions as part of the company leadership team.

Experience & Knowledge:

Leadership Track Record: Proven success in leading and building high-performing teams in an urgent and driven manner.
Market Expertise: Deep understanding of multiple customer segments, from Mid-market to Enterprise, and various price points.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Mentoring & Process Development: Strong mentoring skills and experience in developing processes, such as competitive differentiation training for BDRs.
Sales Leadership: Experience leading growth from $20M+ to $50M+ in ARR and leading a sales team of 10+ people.
Sales Process Development: Demonstrated ability to build an authentic sales process from scratch.
Team Impact: Established ability to build and lead impactful teams for delivering revenue and results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of optimal collaboration with marketing, business development, and customer success to build a cohesive go-to-market machine.
Evangelical Sales Experience: Validated experience in sales within a new product/new market environment.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 200,000.00 250,000.00 Per Year
