What You Can Expect

As an Billing Clerk - AR Clerk, you will be working closely with all office staff and completing monthly billing. Although these are but a few of the things you can expect, your day-to-day won"t be the same!

Collect credit card payments
Mail customer checks to IBP Corporate office weekly
Processing Credit applications
Daily Email/Mail Completed invoices
Making calls to collect outstanding invoices
Create Credit/Debit Memos
Run Monthly AR Aging Report

To Be Successful

1-3 years of previous receptionist/administrative assistant experience in construction industry or related field
High School Diploma or GED, required
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with A/R, A/P, billing and payroll processing, a plus
