As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, the Payroll Support Department is excit ed to announce an opening for a Payroll Coordinator to join the team!

The Payroll Support Coordinator is responsible for providing dedicated payroll application and process support to Group Payroll and HR personnel for all groups in North America. The Coordinator responds to phone calls and emails regarding the functionality of payroll applications, the handling of payroll processes and compliance issues. This position may assist with projects related to the support systems, including development of training materials for payroll production.

This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO and offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days work-from-home).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate responses to questions received via phone or email
• Provide training and efficiencies on North American payroll applications and time management applications while championing recommended best practices
• Create and maintain job aids and various training materials for payroll production processes
• Educate users on appropriate problem resolutions and payroll processes
• Research various payroll topics as needed

Qualifications

Minimum :

• H.S. Diploma/GED Required
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience supporting Dayforce payroll
• Must have Intermediate knowledge of FLSA, Federal withholding requirements and state statutes governing payroll
• Must have working knowledge of payroll applications
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Will not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
