Job description

An Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office Responsibilities: In this key role, you must be efficient and manage systems that will effectively organize office files, documents, and records You will be responsible for general office tasks such as the organization and inventory of office supplies, preparing meeting agendas, and vendor coordination On a day to day basis, you will handle incoming calls, calendar and email management As the Administrative Support Specialist, you also provide support to our Accounting department with light bookkeeping tasks Qualifications: 3 years or more of Administrative Assistant experience College degree Must possess excellent and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to effectively multitask WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST There is flexibility to work remote from a home location two (2) days a week Benefits: Company Medical Benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Floating Holiday Retirement Plan Hybrid Work Schedule
