Job description
Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced Partnership and Agreements Facilitator for the USCYBERCOM program located at Fort Meade, MD.
- Support the CNMF Allied, Foreign & Interagency Division Chief by identifying emerging Requirements for CNMF to lead and participate in Allied, Foreign and Interagency Key Leadership Engagements (KLEs), and executing directly related support tasks.
- Develop agendas and topics for the CNMF portion of USCYBERCOM KLEs or for CNMF-led KLEs.
- Contact and coordinate with KLE participants to ensure their awareness & expectations to participate.
- Compile KLE supporting materials such as talking points, information papers, and briefing materials and synthesizing them appropriately for each KLE.
- Ensure appropriate classification and foreign disclosure reviews are performed for all materials.
- Coordinate/schedule prep sessions between CNMF senior leaders and key participants prior to KLE.
- Coordinate with partner agencies participating in KLEs to determine specific participants, obtain supporting materials such as biographies, desired talking points, and agendas.
- Coordinate with USCYBERCOM/CNMF liaison personnel related to KLE participants to ensure inclusion in preparation & execution.
- Provide direct support to KLE execution as needed. When directed, attend KLE activities to ensure notes are taken regarding discussions and provide follow-on activity report.
- Coordinate preparation for and execution of KLEs with CNMF Front Office staff and Command Group.
- Conduct KLE after-action reviews and make recommendations to continuously improve process.
- Support the CNMF Allied, Foreign & Interagency Division Chief by directly assisting with oversight and management of support for CNMF LNOs posted to other organizations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline.
- Understands Cyber Mission and grasps implications of policy and operations in cyberspace.
- U.S. citizenship required
- An active TS/SCI with poly security clearance is required.
Highly Desired:
- Action Officer who is SME in Key Leadership Engagements, supporting requirements, planning and communications with stakeholders or equivalent level experience.
- Prior work as a Staff/Action Officer working in support of cyberspace and/or intelligence operations.
- Familiar with USCYBERCOM authorities and documentation for hosting foreign exchanges.
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative in executing past roles and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, flexible with tasking, and has strong ability to multitask.
