- A client of ours in Mason OH is looking for a Appian Lead Developer With PBM for a Contract on W2 opportunity.
Mandatory Skills & Areas:
- 8+ Years of Experience in Lead Appian developer
- 5 Years of Experience in PBM/Rx Domain
- 8+ Years of Experience in Appian platform and architecture
- 8+ Years of Experience in leading multiple Appian development teams
Description:
- Client is seeking an experienced Appian Lead Developer with Pharmacy Benefit Manager/ Rx Domaine knowledge , to manage high priority application development initiatives. You will lead technical design and development using Appian to build complex enterprise applications for Client.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Appian development teams and projects to build innovative solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and manage build processes
- Guide application architecture decisions, ensuring robust, scalable applications
- Direct configuration of application objects, interfaces, data models and other solution components Mentor junior developers on Appian best practices and object design patterns
- Drive process and communication between business and IT teams Stay on top of latest Appian functionality and roadmap releases
Requirements:
- 5+ years as an Appian developer PBM/Rx Domain
- Expert-level understanding of Appian platform and architecture
- Experience leading multiple Appian development teams
- Excellence collaborating cross-functionally to achieve technology goals
- Creative problem-solver who can resolve complex Appian issues
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Full lifecycle implementation experience across multiple major Appian applications
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 10+ years of Appian Lead Developer With PBM Experience.
