Job description
Northwest Partners is looking to hire an experienced Email Security Consultant to work on a project with one of our premier clients in the technology industry. This role involves managing and analyzing email reports, identifying legitimate versus illegitimate email spoofing, and collaborating with internal customer teams to advance towards DMARC enforcement. Applicants must be able to work for any US employer without additional work visa sponsorship.
What YOU will do:
- Analyze incoming email reports to categorize and identify various senders, distinguishing between legitimate and other forms of email spoofing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reduce the amount of permitted spoofing, facilitating a transition to DMARC enforcement.
- Utilize DMARC tools (either provided by the client or personal tools of the consultant) to collect and analyze data pertinent to the organization's email security.
- Provide expert advice and strategies for onboarding DMARC within the organization, ensuring a significant enhancement in email security protocols.
What YOU will bring us:
- Detailed-oriented approach with a strong analytical mindset.
- Previous experience in implementing DMARC for considerable-sized organizations.
- Proficiency in using various DMARC tools, with the flexibility to adapt to tools provided by the client or to employ personal tools for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with internal teams to achieve email security goals.
