- Provides leadership and direction on medical, scientific and clinical decisions related to the overall business strategy
- Implementation, execution, and status tracking of a variety of department operations related activities, including authoring Medical Affairs standard work processes and providing support for cross-functional initiatives
- Operations Coordinator for Global Medical Affairs Teams
- Learns about the client's tools and how to use them to develop and deliver high-quality Medical Affairs Operations standard work processes
- Provides operations support for cross-functional Medical Affairs objectives and sustainment of existing standard work
- Partner with internal and external resources to deliver MSL and Medical Director effectiveness, Medical insights generation, and reporting on key projects
- Support Global Medical Affairs external solution vendor tools and insights reporting
- Support Global Medical Affairs operations with contract management, contract e-signature collection in DocuSign and contract filing and processing
- Support with processing invoices for Global Medical Affairs teams
- Support processing of Medical affairs clinical and medical content for external facing audiences through internal approval processes
Salary: $DOE/ hr (contract)
Schedule: PT 20+ hours / week
Location : Remote

Qualifications
- BS/BA with 4-6 years proven experience in operations
- 2+ years in clinical, medical or regulatory operations experience Required!
- Experience in or knowledge of in vitro diagnostics (IVDs), desired.
- Experience in project management, PMP - A Plus!
- Ability to discern and make balanced decisions and interpret internal or external business issues for best practice recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and willingness to continuously improve
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
- The position is subject to passing a background check and drug screen
