This shift will be Monday - Friday, 12 :00 p m - 8 :30pm.

Integrated Pest Management Supervisor
Our Integrated Pest Management Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring our IPM team operate s effectively and efficiently . Our IPM Supervisor will also ensure our policies and procedures fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations .
Your role in caring for our plants:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Daily supervision of IPM Assistants to ensure the standards are followed .
- Training the team on standards for all applications in use.
- Retraining of assistants if standards are not being followed correctly
- Ensure spray applications are completed effectively an d as schedule dictates.
- Efficiently and effectively input and analyze data for updates/changes to routine.
- Responsible for coordinating weekly spray applications with management and task deployment
- Monitor effic a cy of control measures used in partnership with scouting team and lets grow charting.
- Review block maps generated by scouting team and analyze in partnership with management to track trends in pressure.
- Monitor plant growth and behavior response to nutritional program .
- Verification and documentation of pest and disease infestation trends.
- Follow up on field treatments for efficacy.
- Communicate field availability and quality issues to production / management team on a daily basis .
- Facilitate trials on new commercial products prior to applying to entire crop.
- Maintain up-to-date records .
- Ensure cleanliness, adherence to all food safety policies and procedures and organization within the greenhouse.
- Work successfully alongside department team members.
- Maintain p roper use of Personal Protective Equipmen t , PPE Logs, filter changes, and cleaning procedures .
- Prepare and conduct quarterly reviews for team members in partnership with management.
- Other duties as assigned .
Qualifications we ask you to have:
- For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
- You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
- We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED.
- We ask that you have at least six (6) months cannabis greenhouse experience.
Addition skills which will help you excel in your role:
- Willing and able to work in 85+ degree temperatures with up to 80% humidity levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment .
- Ability to foster collaboration and team environment.
- Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
- Ability to m aintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
- Strong work ethics - be accountable and proactive.
- Ability to maintain s trong a ttention to detail throughout entire shift.
- We ask that you do not have allergies to plant materials or nitrile gloves; job requires daily exposure to cannabis plants and nitrile gloves.
- Ability to follow specific protocols and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.

- Must be capable of sitting for extended periods of time, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 80lbs assisted.
- As this is a cannabis growing facility, there will be strong odors, bright lights, and various noises throughout the workday.
- Employees are asked to wear scrubs, masks, gloves, and hairnets while working with the plants. DCM will provide scrubs, gloves, and hair nets to all employees.
