THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
- Office management of the Litigation sub-division assisting the Director of Litigation and the rest of the litigation team in their daily administrative and business activities (CAS proceedings and other internal FIFA activities organized by Litigation).
- Handling of administrative matters (e.g. email and post distribution, general correspondence, classifying awards, gathering statistics, IT issues, team events, etc).
- Responsible for the physical and electronic archiving system of the Litigation Inbox and the Case Management tools – Jira/Sharepoint/O-Drive – (e.g. saving all CAS communications in the case management system, inserting information in the corresponding data base, sending communications to CAS, etc.).
- Drafting communications based on pre-existing templates.
- Support in administrative and procedural aspects of the arbitral proceedings (e.g. notification of correspondences and submissions, preparing enclosures, research of basic case law, etc.).
- Support in managing expenses, invoices, accounts and budgets to the members of the Litigation Sub-division.
- Completing contract templates for freelancers or law firms.
- Coordinating with the relevant FIFA Departments (Legal & Compliance, Judicial Bodies, Finance, IT, etc.) for issues related to the tasks of the Litigation Sub-Division.
- Coordination and organization of meetings in the context of the responsibilities of the Litigation sub-division.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- University degree
- Min. 3 years of experience with good administrative background
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic principles of law
- Knowledge of sports law and, specifically, football law
