Job description

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, Full-Time Call Center Member Service Representative to join our RH Scott Branch, located just outside the front gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base. 1st Liberty FCU is a full service financial institution that offers a wide range of financial services. Responsibilities:

• Assisting members with all their account financial needs over the telephone.
• Providing account information.
• Providing share and loan rates.
• Processing various financial transactions.
• Processing loan payments.
• Deposit verifications.
• Lien releases.
• Matching our members' needs with the appropriate credit union products/services. 
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Assistant.

• Monday to Friday.

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Flexible with scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to cross-sell credit union services and products.
• Prefer 1 year Member Service or related work experience.
• Basic knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven team player.
