Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the President and Sales Director to develop and execute territory and account strategies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Take ownership of financial resources, monitoring budgets and providing input for key financial decisions.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for sales and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Utilize your strong negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:

Proven track record in new business development, including cold calling, setting appointments, and closing deals.
Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
Strong understanding of sales planning processes and complex deal structures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field preferred.
