Indian Hot Springs is NOW HIRING a Pool Attendant!

• $18.00 per hour
• Full Time & Part-time hours available

The pool here at Indian Hot Springs is an incredibly unique place and you’ll be front and center! Our pool attendants have the knowledge of the services we provide, acknowledge every customer and provide solutions for them regarding their experience with their soaking needs!. They confidently ring up transactions while handling customer credit cards and cash payments as well as keeping our pool facilities clean and tidy. You’ll be working closely with the rest of our team to make a memorable experience for our guests!

Job Duties:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Clean and prepare all pool facilities
• Special projects and other duties may be assigned as needed 
• Possess product knowledge and current pricing
• Provide solutions and answers to customer questions
• Compliance with all company policies and follows procedure.
• Keep your station and area clean and tidy
• Operate tablets, scanners, and credit card / debit card terminals
• Restock goods and materials needed for daily duties and tasks
• Work together with our team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License or ID
• Ability to work with computers
• Must be Dependable, Friendly, Responsible, and a Great Team Player
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Lifting 50lbs or less
• Ability to problem solve and work in a fast paced environment
