Job description

ADP is hiring a Technical Services Manager. In this position you will support the Client Acceptance Process within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Workers’ Compensation program.  The Technical Services Manager will conduct risk assessments at the location of prospective clients to identify potential occupational risks and hazards.  The results of the risk assessment will be shared with the Underwriting Team to enable an informed decision for client acceptance.  This position will also work directly with our Sales Team throughout the US providing guidance and education on internal processes and ensuring proficiency with communicating our safety value proposition to prospective clients.  Additionally, the Technical Services Manager will collaborate with the Underwriting Team to establish streamlined processes which bring efficiencies to the risk evaluation process.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $75,600.00 – $202,590.00 / Year
