Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Civil Design
Location: Waldorf, MD | Lanham, MD | Rockville, MD
Salary: $90-110K Targeted but flexible
Requirements: BSCE with EIT or PE (preferred) and 8+ years of Land Development experience

Additional Ways In Which A Candidate May Stand Out Would Be:
- PE License preferred but not required
- Microstation or AutoCAD
What you will be doing:
- Client facing project management providing excellent and responsive client service
- Mentoring of staff
- Staff supervision, quality control, workload and staff planning
- Maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and invoicing
- Work together with senior leadership team to accomplish company goals
- Meet deadlines, update schedules, and provide written reports of project status
What you need for this position:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license in Maryland preferred but not required
- 8-10 years experience and familiarity with land development, specifically stormwater management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Microstation preferred but not required
