We have expanded into Fort Smith & Southwestern Missouri and currently have more inbound leads than we have agents to handle. We need hard-working, driven, positive-minded agents that can handle 10-20 new buyer leads per month! Responsibilities: • Assist buyers with the showings of homes that match their needs and wants • Generate business from your sphere of influence and open houses • Respond to all leads in a timely manner • Works well in a self-directed manner and a very good team player • Teachable Qualifications: • Full-time with a flexible schedule • Strong money motivation • Choose your hours - Monday to Friday • Weekend availability • Real Estate License (Required) or willingness to get one About Company: Limbird Real Estate is a locally owned and operated brokerage with highly trained real estate professionals.
