Job description
LaSalle Network has partnered with a global distributor of industrial products that is committed to providing cost-effective solutions and consulting. They are seeking an energetic, personable Collections Representative to join their team in Chicago.
Collections Representative Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for monitoring and collecting on receivables that are 120+ days past due This includes working with the customer, sales team and internal departments to resolve any issues that may prevent payment
Manage incoming calls and emails from customers, sales reps and internal departments
Research and resolve past due receivables including billing issues and customer deductions by working with various internal and external channels
Process credit card payments
Collections Representative Qualifications & Requirements:
2-4 years minimum experience in a collections/customer service position
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SAP is a plus
Compensation: $19 an hour
Hours: 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Working model: Hybrid schedule. Equipment will be provided to you
In-office days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Remote days are Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Training is in person for the first week
