Job description

Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Compensation: $17 to $22.75 per hour (Estimated pay)

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers across various platforms, including Salesforce, client portals, NetSuite, phone queues, and internal systems.
- Process high-volume B2B orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Address customer requests and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Handle claim requests, such as shipping resolutions, returns, exchanges, and fraud investigations.
- Prioritize and manage tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and other departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security measures for client accounts.
- Perform additional customer support duties as required.

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in claims processing or a related field.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong commitment to personal growth and success.
- Demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and ethical behavior.
- Accountability and ownership of performance.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar case management systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Maintain product and process knowledge.
