Job description
**Enterprise Architect with Veeva (Clinical Trials)/ Veeva Architect** **Tarrytown, NY 10591** **12+ Months Contract** **Required skills:** Must have **Veeva** **vault** platform (**Veeva RIM, Veeva Submissions, Archive, QMS, Quality Docs**) experience. Experience in Architecture Design for regulatory and quality **Gxp and non Gxp** IT systems. Veeva & Regulatory & Clinical Trails Exp **Key responsibilities:** Experience working with **Regulatory area in Clinical trials**. Experience in leading system design as per Business requirement and add nonfunctional requirement as needed. Lead Solution reviews for the project and get it approved from review board. **Familiarity with Architecture Frameworks/Processes (e.g. TOGAF) and help define patterns and other architectural accelerators.** **Experience in IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development.** **System experience managing architecture of complex cross-functional systems.** Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies. **Education and Experience:** Global system experience working with Regulatory Affairs Strategy, Intelligence, Regulatory Information Mgt & Operations, and/or Submission Publishing domains in support of market authorization Experience working with Clinical Operations team in the Quality space to manage Audits, Inspections, Vendor Oversight, and issues management such as SSNs. CAPA, and risk management Must have Veeva vault platform (Veeva RIM, Veeva Submissions, Archive, QMS, Quality Docs) experience Experience in Architecture Design for regulatory and quality Gxp and non Gxp IT systems Experience in leading system design as per Business requirement and add nonfunctional requirements as needed Recommend risk-based solutions to solve business needs based on policy Lead Solution reviews for the project and receive approval from review board Familiarity with Architecture Frameworks/Processes (e.g. TOGAF) and help define patterns and other architectural accelerators Experience in IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development Good problem solving, technical writing and verbal communication skills System experience managing architecture of complex cross-functional systems Understands system and data security Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies **Primary Responsibilities:** Analyze the business problems and requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using various technologies and tools Ensure the quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and security of the software solutions Provide technical guidance and support to the development teams and resolve any technical issues or challenges Research and evaluate new technologies and trends and recommend improvements or enhancements to the existing solutions Document and communicate the technical solutions and architecture to the relevant stakeholders **Good to have skills:** Good problem solving, technical writing and verbal communication skills. Understands system and data security. **Other important details:** Extensive experience in large clinical trials. Understands the complete life cycle of clinical trials. Proved and extensive efficiency data analytics and data mapping experience. Be a SME that can guide the internal teams.
