Job Summary: The District Office Receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately in a professional manner. The receptionist promptly responds to telephone and written inquiries, ensuring that all stakeholders are provided with correct information and/or referred to the appropriate party for assistance. The receptionist provides office and clerical support to assist with the efficient operation of various departments within the District Office and also serves as the District's Substitute Teacher Coordinator. The receptionist may be required to work outside of their regular work hours to ensure substitute coverage at schools.
