Midway Staffing is excited to welcome a dedicated On-Site Supervisor to our growing team!

As an On-Site Supervisor, you'll collaborate closely with the client’s management team and Midway Staffing’s branch personnel to cater to our client’s staffing and daily operational needs. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in managing the client's new hire onboarding and payroll processes, safety training, and daily reporting. Your role extends to overseeing and coaching our contract workers, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the client's onboarding process, covering paperwork, on-the-job training, and orientation.
• Support client payroll functions, including timecard submission, assignment reviews, check administration, and payroll report review.
• Conduct comprehensive safety training for new hires on-site, coupled with daily site walkthroughs for safety checks.
• Maintain daily communication and build strong relationships with the client's leadership team.
• Prepare and deliver daily reports for clients, covering rosters, attendance, and safety reporting.
• Collaborate with the Midway Staffing recruitment team, assisting with job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.

Qualifications/Skills for Success:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Previous on-site or staffing experience is a significant advantage.
• Clear and professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills, proven to meet deadlines.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
