What Youll Do as a Call Receptionist:

Warm Welcoming: Greet customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner creating a positive first impression.

Effective Call Routing: Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals ensuring efficient communication flow.

Accurate Information Capture: Collect and record caller information diligently preparing the team for informed followup.

Customer Inquiry Support: Provide basic information about HomePro services and direct inquiries to the correct resources enhancing customer satisfaction.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role especially within the technology or home services sectors
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with a courteous phone manner
• Proficiency in basic computer software and the ability to learn companyspecific systems quickly
• Adept at organizing prioritizing tasks and multitasking in a fastpaced environment
• Dedication to delivering highquality customer service and contributing to team success
• A high school diploma is mandatory; further qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus
