What You Will Be Doing

As financial controller, you will be the point of contact for auditors and tax authorities and oversee corporate financial strategy . You will be responsible for all financial operations, procedures, and controls including preparing and analyzing financial reports and budgets. You will also oversee project costs, financial compliance with regulators, and subcontractor management.

What You Need for this Position

At least 5 years of experience:
-Financial controller at a general contractor or construction management firm
-Financial reporting and forecasting
-Financial risk management

Nice to have:
- Managing tax data
- Accounting management experience
- Corporate financial strategy
- Financial audit
