Knowledge of user-centered design approaches and practices.
Skilled in the use of a computer and applicable software.
General knowledge of, and working experience with, qualitative human observational research.
Familiarity with collecting usability metrics in a usability study including task success.
Skilled at communication and at presenting rationale behind design recommendations.
Knowledge of Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Experience in customer service, communication, research, compilation, and/or reporting work. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, engineering, human factor psychology, human computer interaction, or a related field is generally preferred.
