Job description
Adecco is assisting a local client, recruiting for a part inspector position, in Lansing, Michigan. The pay for this position is $20.00 p/hour. These jobs are long term to trial hire opportunities with 2 positions available on 2nd shift . experience with gages
Shift schedule: 3p-11p Mon-Fri.
Core Responsibilities: Will review documentation including router and IMS for completion. Will inspect characteristics using precision hand gauges as required. Will create and update non-conformity records as needed. Full range of parts inspection using quality and lab instruments. Perform work with a high degree of responsibility with an emphasis on safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
Reading and comprehending instructions
Must have experience with micrometers and calipers.
Will refer to blueprints regularly
Must be able to utilize various lab quality equipment ie: Optical Comparator, hardness testing etc.
Understand and refer to basic engineering prints and principals
