Job description
Description:
- The job entails installing the wrapping of heat trace material on process lines such as vacuum pipes, exhaust and gas lines that hook up to the tools at TSMC.
- Tool installation for semiconductor equipment.
- Running wire, troubleshooting basic electrical issues, handle equipment during installation process
- Insulation installation
Material is silicone based flexible tape that acts as a heater on the pipes and it is wrapped on pipes like candy cane stripes
Inspect the application of another tape over trace material to insulate and wire up the pipe
Similar to wrap on water lines so they do not freeze
The wrap keeps condensation off of the lines so the biproduct doesn't particulate and build up on the line.
The product is installed and troubleshooting and start-up. Crawl into small spaces

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1 year of technical related experience or mechanical equipment assembly
Electrical aptitude (installation or troubleshooting experience with electrical components)
Ability to work in confined spaces
Lift up to 50lbs
OSHA 10
PAY - $23/hr.
