Job description

Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvement changes- focusing on lean methodologies
- Design sales process and manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team
- Manage and lead a team of 3 people
- Implement change management and culture-building factors
- Set performance metrics and goals for the department
- Partner with sales in communicating the company’s differentiating value proposition to customers
- Coordinate quality and review processes to assist in new product development and order fulfillment process
- Bring technical knowledge to the product while also communicating these aspects effectively to employees
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment or Original Equipment Manufacturing sales
- Growth mindset- looking for spots to implement improvements with an eye on becoming more efficient and evolving
- Experience managing a team or leadership/coaching experience
- Familiarity with data systems and data automation
- Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset- with actionable results
- Technical mindset with the ability to communicate and convey changes to team members
