Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service by helping guests and delivering food to their tables.
- Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly.
- Maintain a clean & organized dining room while following sanitation and safety procedures.
- Model and support clear communication between the front of house and host staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No experience required.
- Must be 16+ years or older.
- Must be available to work Friday and/or Saturday.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Adaptable, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
